She conducts herself in a professional manner and proficient with paperwork. She knows the local housing market and is familiar with most neighborhoods we looked in. For people unfamiliar with the area, she is quite knowledgeable about pool, sprinkler and other systems found in the home. This very helpful, especially if moving from colder climates. I found Linda to be highly organized, and immensely helpful in learning the Az housing market. I gave her a price range to work with, and we visited about 30 properties in a three day span. Each day I was greeted with a set of printouts for each property, sorted by zip code location. From there we narrowed the number of prospects, and revisited them a second time. Once I found the home I wanted, Linda was very helpful in assisting me in assessing the cost of repairs required after the property inspection, which helped to set the amount I was willing to offer for the property. I found Linda, again, to be highly organized, and willing to help outside of what I believe a realtor would normally do. I would highly recommend her, and would definitely utilize her services in the future should I purchase another property.

She was on top of each step. She sold my house and found me my new house within 3 months. The only thing she did not do was pack and unpack for me. If you want somebody to work for you call Linda she was quick to respond to all my questions. Highly recommend.

This was my husband and I first time purchasing a home. Linda walked us through the steps and answered any questions we had. She made sure if a house came up we wanted to see she got us there that day, because the market right now has been crazy and houses were going very quickly.
