I moved from out of state to Az, and on a recommendation, contacted Linda to be my realtor. I found Linda to be highly organized, and immensely helpful in learning the Az housing market. I gave her a price range to work with, and we visited about 30 properties in a three day span. Each day I was greeted with a set of printouts for each property, sorted by zip code location. From there we narrowed the number of prospects, and revisited them a second time. Once I found the home I wanted, Linda was very helpful in assisting me in assessing the cost of repairs required after the property inspection, which helped to set the amount I was willing to offer for the property. I found Linda, again, to be highly organized, and willing to help outside of what I believe a realtor would normally do. I would highly recommend her, and would definitely utilize her services in the future should I purchase another property.
